Notify your BBB Partnership Manager of any changes (e.g., leadership, address, or billing contact).
If the scope or structure of the partnership needs to change, BBB will issue an updated MOU addendum for review and signature.
Your BBB Partner Activation Kit is your go-to resource for launching and promoting our collaboration. It includes the tools, templates, and brand assets needed to make engagement with BBB seamless and consistent.
Here’s how to use it effectively:
- Start with the Overview Sheet
- Review your partnership type (e.g., Discount Program, Referral-Based, or Fully Bundled) and activation timeline.
- Confirm your primary contacts and shared goals.
- Access Co-Branding Materials
- Use the approved copy templates and visual guidelines for all joint promotions.
- Submit co-branded materials to your BBB Partnership Manager (Heidi.Payne@thebbb.org) for quick review before publishing.
We would suggest an email sharing with your members, information regarding the new partnership and that as an active member of the organization, they receive a discount on BBB accreditation with approval.
BBB Partnership Manager will share a monthly dashboard of engagement via email. (We will also review this during our monthly/quarterly check-ins)
Partners are encouraged to use the BBB Partner Logo (provided in the BBB activation kit) and tag BBB GWP in social media or event promotions.
