Approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions, and commitments with integrity, good faith, and intent to do what is reasonably expected.
Avoid involvement, by the business or its principals, in activities that reflect unfavorably on, or otherwise adversely affect the public image of, BBB or its Accredited Businesses.
Griffith's Law, a BBB Accredited Business, shares an example of how they hold their staff accountable to embody integrity:
“All non-owner attorneys and staff members are actively supervised when interacting with the public for quality control, and all staff are trained on intake procedures to ensure absolute integrity and accuracy in their statements as well. Misstatements are grounds for immediate termination (and, in fact, we have terminated a senior attorney for material public misstatements in the past).”
